Clinical Immunology Society Strategic Plan Summary

The Clinical Immunology Society (CIS) Executive Committee convened in 2014 to establish a three year strategic plan. This plan extending into 2017, will provide guidance into the activities of the CIS to ensure that every action is in line with the goals and missions of the society.

Mission Statement

The mission of the CIS is to facilitate education, translational research and novel approaches to therapy in clinical immunology to promote excellence in the care of patients with immunologic/inflammatory disorders.

  • Increase Member Involvement in Annual Meeting
  • Establish reciprocity guidelines with current partner organizations
  • Develop partnerships with Asian and Australian societies
